Refund & Return Policy

At ZEVIONS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during special sales or promotions.
  • Items damaged due to misuse by the customer.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Change of mind purchases.
  • Size, color, or preference-related issues after order confirmation.

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
